2. Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry or contact DELVANO, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, website, project information, budget range and other details included in your message.
DELVANO does not ask you to provide sensitive personal data through the project enquiry form.
3. Why we use this information
Information submitted through the website is used to review and respond to enquiries, understand potential projects, communicate with prospective clients and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, or for DELVANO's legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries and communications.
4. Service providers
DELVANO uses third-party service providers where necessary to operate the website and communicate with you.
- Netlify provides website hosting and form submission infrastructure.
- Proton provides the email service used by DELVANO to receive and respond to communications.
- Chatbase provides the optional website chat. Chatbase is not loaded when you simply visit a page. It is loaded only if you choose to activate the chat.
These providers may process information according to their own infrastructure and applicable data-protection arrangements.
5. International data transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider is responsible for implementing the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law for its processing.
6. How long we keep information
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to and following up on project enquiries, and for any longer period required by applicable legal obligations.
Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship are periodically reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to certain processing.
To exercise a data-protection right or ask a privacy question, contact hello@delvano.studio.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
8. Website chat
The DELVANO chat is optional. The Chatbase service is not requested when the page initially loads. If you choose to open the chat, the Chatbase service is then loaded and information necessary to provide the chat functionality may be processed by Chatbase.
Do not submit sensitive personal information through the chat.
9. Changes to this policy
